What do you do to keep you healthy?

Creating your day is one way I focus on being healthy.  I have music I enjoy (right now I’m loving my 1st Kem CD- specifically- Cherish this Moment).

  3. Dance dance dance…..load up the old school cd’s and dance around my house. I do floor exercise on the slow songs. The end of my dance workout is usually the cupid shuffle the long version, after that I’m done………and tired.

  4. Let me clarify my last comment regarding tired; it’s a good sense of a very good workout. The 3 cd’s time is about 90+ minutes, my heart rate is elavated by me incorporating my stairs and moving about the entire living and dining area. If you don’t have a gym membership this is a good way to break a sweat, put on your favorite music and dance and have fun!

  5. What do I do to keep healthy? First and foremost, try to stay mentally positive! Everything I do supports maintaining a mentally positive attitude. This includes eating healthy, exercise, and associating with positive people. And as far as exercise, Barbara you know this includes dancing, especially salsa – you have first hand experience of my keeping you on the dance floor nonstop! In addition, with your positive attitude, I get two for the price of one with you. 🙂
